T-Mobile launched its very own customer appreciation program, dubbed “T-Mobile Tuesdays”. T-Mobile customers were encouraged to download the special mobile app to receive free stuff every Tuesday. DJ Khaled was enlisted to bring his very own signature attitude and style to the campaign.
We redesigned the app with one goal: become more appealing to the younger, digitally savvy customers of T-Mobile.
T-Mobile customers can easily toggle between the latest promotional deals and the suggested curated deals, letting them focus on what is most important…the loot. Customers can also chat live with merchants, T-Mobile friends, and share deals all within the app.
We introduced the point of sale app to be used by supportive local businesses. The focus of the dashboard was to make sure businesses can easily scan revenue while simultaneously responding to customer inquiries.
